١. من نحن وكيف تتواصل معنا1. Who we are, and how to reach us

SmartPonics منصة للزراعة المحمية في مرحلة تجريبية لاختبار السوق. المسؤول عن بياناتك الشخصية: SmartPonics. لأي طلب يخص بياناتك أو هذا الإشعار راسلنا على mohammed.elsiddig@gmail.com.

SmartPonics is a protected-cropping platform in a pilot used to test the market. Responsible for your personal data: SmartPonics. For any request about your data or this notice write to mohammed.elsiddig@gmail.com.

٢. ما البيانات التي نحفظها2. What we keep

• بيانات الحساب: اسم المستخدم، والاسم، واسم المزرعة أو الشركة، والبريد الإلكتروني إن أدخلته. كلمة السر لا تُحفظ أبداً، بل بصمة مشفّرة باتجاه واحد لا يمكن استرجاع الكلمة منها.
• سجلاتك: ما تدخله بنفسك أو ترسله أجهزتك — البيوت، وقراءات الحساسات، والسجلات اليومية، والري والتسميد، والحصاد، والوصفات، ودراسات الجدوى، وطلبات عروض الأسعار.
• آراؤك: ما ترسله عبر نموذج «رأيك يهمنا» أو «سجّل اهتمامك»، ومنه ما إذا كنت ستدفع وكم.
• قبولك لهذا الإشعار: تاريخه ورقم إصداره.
• أعداد استخدام يومية لكل أداة (مثل: استُخدمت أداة CEA & HVAC ١٢ مرة اليوم) — دون اسم أو حساب أو عنوان.

• Your account: username, name, farm or company name, and email if you give one. Your password is never stored — only a one-way hash it cannot be recovered from.
• Your records: what you enter or your controllers send — houses, sensor readings, daily logs, irrigation and fertigation, harvests, recipes, feasibility studies, quotation requests.
• Your feedback: what you send through “Your opinion matters” or “Register interest”, including whether and how much you would pay.
• Your acceptance of this notice: its date and version.
• Daily usage counts per tool (for example, CEA & HVAC used 12 times today) — with no name, account or address.

زوار الصفحة الرئيسية: لا يُسجَّل عنهم شيء، إلا إذا أرسلوا تقييماً بالنجوم. عندها نحفظ عدد النجوم، والتعليق والاسم إن كتبتهما، وبصمة مشفّرة باتجاه واحد لعنوان الشبكة — لا العنوان نفسه — كي يبقى لكل زائر تقييم واحد يستطيع تعديله. لا يُنشر أي تعليق قبل مراجعته.

Visitors to the home page: nothing is recorded, unless they send a star rating. Then we keep the stars, the comment and name if given, and a one-way hash of the network address — not the address itself — so each visitor has one rating they can change. No comment is published before it is reviewed.

٣. لماذا نستخدمها3. Why we use it

لتشغيل حسابك وأدوات المنصة، ولحماية الدخول، ولتحسين المنتج خلال التجربة من آرائك ومن أعداد الاستخدام الإجمالية. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نعرض إعلانات، ولا نستخدم أدوات تتبّع أو تحليلات من أطراف خارجية.

To run your account and the platform's tools, to secure sign-in, and to improve the product during the pilot from your feedback and from total usage counts. We do not sell your data, show advertising, or use any third-party tracking or analytics.

٤. ملفات تعريف الارتباط4. Cookies

ملف واحد فقط (sp_session) يُبقيك مسجّلاً للدخول، ولا شيء غيره.

One cookie only (sp_session), which keeps you signed in, and nothing else.

٥. خدمات خارجية تستقبل جزءاً من البيانات5. Outside services that receive some data

• خدمات الطقس (NASA POWER وOpen-Meteo): تستقبل الإحداثيات والتواريخ التي تحددها لجدولة الري أو ظروف التصميم.
• المساعد الزراعي (Anthropic): يستقبل سؤالك وقراءات البيت المعروض أمامك — دون اسمك أو بريدك أو منشأتك.
• البحث عن الموردين (OpenStreetMap وسجل GLEIF): يستقبل موقع البحث أو اسم الشركة المراد التحقق منها.

• Weather services (NASA POWER, Open-Meteo): receive the coordinates and dates you choose for an irrigation schedule or design conditions.
• The agronomy assistant (Anthropic): receives your question and the readings of the house on screen — not your name, email or organisation.
• Supplier search (OpenStreetMap, the GLEIF register): receives the search location or the company name being checked.

٦. أين تُحفظ ومن يطّلع عليها6. Where it is kept, and who can see it

تُحفظ البيانات على خوادم مزوّد الاستضافة السحابية Railway، وقد تكون خارج المملكة العربية السعودية. سجلات منشأتك لا يراها إلا أعضاء منشأتك. يستطيع مشرف المنصة فتح «جلسة دعم» لقراءة سجلات منشأة ما بعد كتابة سبب، لمدة ٦٠ دقيقة وللقراءة فقط، وكل جلسة تُسجَّل في سجل لا يمكن تعديله.

Data is stored on servers of the cloud host Railway, which may be outside Saudi Arabia. Your organisation's records are visible only to its members. A platform administrator can open a “support session” to read one organisation's records after stating a reason — read-only, for 60 minutes, and each one written to a log that cannot be edited.

٧. حقوقك: تنزيل بياناتك وحذف حسابك7. Your rights: take your data, delete your account

من الاشتراك ← بياناتك تستطيع في أي وقت تنزيل كل بياناتك في ملف واحد، أو حذف حسابك نهائياً. عند الحذف:

• يُحذف حسابك وآراؤك دائماً، وإن كنت العضو الوحيد في منشأتك تُحذف المنشأة وكل سجلاتها وتاريخ القراءات.
• النسخ الاحتياطية المأخوذة قبل الحذف تبقى محتوية على البيانات حتى يُتخلَّص منها.
• مشاركات المجتمع (النقاشات والوظائف والفعاليات) غير مرتبطة بالحساب، فاحذفها بنفسك قبل حذف الحساب.
• سجل جلسات الدعم يبقى محفوظاً لأنه سجل تدقيق.

ولأي طلب آخر يخص بياناتك (تصحيح أو استفسار، أو حذف تقييم أرسلته زائراً) راسلنا على البريد أعلاه.

From Subscription → Your data you can at any time download all your data in one file, or delete your account permanently. On deletion:

• Your account and your feedback are always removed; if you are your organisation's only member, the organisation, all its records and its reading history go too.
• Backups taken before the deletion still contain the data until they are discarded.
• Community posts (discussions, jobs, events) are not linked to accounts, so delete your own before deleting the account.
• The support-session log is kept, because it is an audit record.

For any other request about your data (a correction, a question, or removing a rating you sent as a visitor), write to the address above.

٨. شروط النسخة التجريبية8. Pilot terms

• تجربة مجانية كاملة لمدة 30 يوماً لجميع المزايا، تبدأ من يوم الموافقة على حسابك.
• بعد انتهائها تنتقل منشأتك إلى الباقة المجانية: تبقى أدواتها متاحة، وتبقى كل سجلاتك قابلة للقراءة والتنزيل، وتتوقف الأدوات غير المشمولة فيها. صفحة الاشتراك تبيّن ما تشمله كل باقة.
• لا يُحصَّل أي مبلغ خلال فترة التجربة، ولا توجد بوابة دفع.
• المنصة قيد التطوير: قد تتغير المزايا أو تتوقف الخدمة مؤقتاً دون إشعار مسبق، وتُقدَّم «كما هي» دون ضمان لاستمرار التشغيل.
• لا تستخدم المنصة لأي غرض مخالف للأنظمة، ولا تُدخل بيانات أشخاص آخرين دون حق.

• A full free trial of 30 days of every feature, starting the day your account is approved.
• Afterwards your organisation moves to the free plan: its tools stay available, all your records stay readable and downloadable, and tools outside it stop. The subscription page shows what each plan includes.
• Nothing is charged during the pilot, and there is no payment provider.
• The platform is under development: features may change or the service may pause without notice, and it is provided “as is” with no guarantee of availability.
• Do not use the platform for anything unlawful, or enter other people's data without the right to.

١٠. التعديلات على هذا الإشعار10. Changes to this notice

عند تغيير هذا الإشعار تغييراً جوهرياً يتغير رقم إصداره أعلاه ونُعلمك داخل المنصة. هذا إشعار لمرحلة التجربة، وسيُستبدل بسياسة كاملة عند تسجيل النشاط التجاري.

When this notice changes materially its version above changes and we tell you inside the platform. It is a notice for the pilot, and will be replaced by a full policy once the business is registered.
